Pinhawk Vertex Dual Lenght Irons

“ Flat out terrific Pinhawk Vertex clubs everything I expected them to be I have had my Pinhawk Vertex clubs long enough to have some experience with them. I purchased only the clubs 6 through A wedge, so I would have only one length to address. I find I am more consistent with the irons than I am with my woods (driver, 3 wood and hybrid 3). I generally do better on the four par 3's on our course than on the par 4's and par 5's. I still struggle for consistency in my golf swing, but these irons are not my problem. I would easily purchase these clubs again.“

“ Awesome. I bought the 3 and 6 irons. Couldn't be happier. I used those two clubs almost exclusively for a round last Monday in less than ideal conditions and they pretty much reflected the advertised description, except I did find a slight (maybe 5 yds.) loss of yards on average distance on a well struck shot, but they made up for it many times over in repeated accuracy for number of attempts (if that makes sense). In other words...they have the potential of being real game changers.“

I owned the Pinhawk SL’s which I still say are the best single length irons for your money and then switched over to the Vertex because of the distance problems I was having with 4,5 and 6 irons and a cobra 3 hybrid going the pretty much the same distance and these perfectly fixed that problem. I still use the pinhawk lob wedge and the gapping of these are perfect for my swing. If you have used single lengths before the only change is moving the ball a little more forward in stance for the 3,4,5 and swing the same as you do on the other clubs and these will fly. Highly recommend.“

However this review is for the fairway woods. I purchased the 5 and 7 woods and have found them very easy to hit. Aside from the single-length feature which allows me to have the same set up and swing for both clubs, the clubs themselves just have a wonderful solid feel and it's very easy for me to get the ball into the air with good distance and accuracy. “

" Perfection. I have very much enjoyed using my single length set including the 3 and 5 fairway woods. I get so much accuracy and use out of the 3 that I purchased this long LF-3 and had it put at maximum shaft length. Shot an amazing game today and used it a few times when i needed a little more distance from the deck and one par 3 where i didn't need to pull out the driver. On the par 5s, I made it to the green in 2 instead of needing to chip. This thing is so consistent and amazing."

The 3W is used way more often than my driver. I thought the 7W would be my favorite but honestly the 5W is so freaking versatile for me. I love it for punch shots out of the woods. WOW! Do yourself a favor get one of these woods. “

“ What the doctor ordered! I've been struggling with wrist twist for many years and have been looking for a solution. I had tried out an arm lock putter but didn't want to drop major coin. The Pinhawk On-Lock fit the bill. So far so good! Arm feels much more stable and twist is gone. Putter has a nice weight and rolls great.“

I have just received an Evnroll Midlock grip which I will install as it accommodates the wrist lock method. Perhaps the best feature of this putter is the 7 degree loft. I have found that using a standard chipping grip for those putts from the fringe produces much better results than my standard putter did. This putter is well made at very good price. I would also suggest that a claw or saw grip works best on any longer putter.“
