At Pinhawk Golf, we offer a 30 day playability guarantee on a standard set of assembled golf clubs. This playability guarantee is valid for 30 days from the day you receive your clubs. Custom club orders do not qualify for this guarantee (custom club orders are clubs that are ordered to shorter or longer lengths than standard, clubs with any lie adjustment, or clubs with upgraded shafts or upgraded grips). Clubs returned with any excessive wear or permanent damage like dings or chips also do not qualify for this guarantee.
How it works: The clubs you are not happy with can be returned within the 30 day period with a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. You must pay for the return shipping cost and the original shipping amount is not refundable. Email sales AT pinhawkgolf.com with your request (include your name, address, and order number in the email) and ask to be issued a RAN (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. When you receive the RAN, put that number on the outside of the box when you ship your clubs back to us. When we get the return, your refund will be issued.
We have no return policy for clubs older than 30 days old that are not defective.
How soon will I get my order?
If you order Pinhawk components, we usually ship the next business day. In some cases when you order components, if you order during the week and early in the day, your order will go out the same day. However, if you have ordered assembled clubs, your order goes in the queue for our clubmakers to build. How soon we can build the clubs and ship to you will depend on how busy we are. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, we usually can build your clubs within two weeks. After they are built and finished, then we will ship them at your selected shipping speed. So if you have ordered 2-day shipping for instance, please don't expect to receive assembled clubs in two days.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only in the state of Pennsylvania, which is 6%. If you are a business, you may file a tax exemption with us and you will not have to pay tax.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world, but please check our distributors page to see if we have a distributor in or near your country.
What happens if I order something where you've made a pricing mistake or a mistake in the product description?
Occasionally, a pricing mistake or a description mistake may occur on our website because of human error. This is rare, however in such cases we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to correct any errors we have made in pricing or description. We will, at our discretion, either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavors to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid. The legally binding contract between Pinhawk Golf and our customers does not happen at the point of order, at the point of us charging your credit card, or at the point of you receiving an email confirmation of your order. The legally binding contract for us to sell you merchandise occurs at the point of delivery of the merchandise.
